Guest player registration for a single match - Week 2

One-time registration for a guest player. This will cover the costs for a single player for one match. Guest players are not permitted to play in playoff matches. Liability insurance is not covered in the guest player fee. Guest players must pay a one time fee of $15 to be eligible to play in matches.
